While low-income communities and small businesses often prioritize affordable and sustainable energy sources, these ideas are not only aligned with countries' efforts to achieve their Paris Agreement commitments and net-zero objectives but also contribute to the reduction of Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALY). DALY accounts for accidents, diseases, and deaths linked to fossil fuel energy.
